Why AI is weak??? - PinoyFused.com - 2012-03-16
in my past btank map the AI is extremely strong that is very challenging for me but this new version is quite different. I want the AI to be more strategic and strong.

I think you must be now an average player, so AI is way to easy for you.....just try to play on the ranked bots

The AI got reworked in the past and will be reworked further in the next version (presumably).

It's true, that the AI is getting a complete rework. Nevertheless, there have been no major changes to the AI over the past years, so I'd say it is still as strong as it ever was. Maybe you just got better? ;)

Maybe I've improved a lil bit but the AI in the new version is not thinking, still pushing even though they know that they'll die.
unlike to the past map, if they got 75% less of health they are already fleeing, and also withing 10 minutes of the first game they've already
capture any base strategically.

Major flaw of AI: When playing 1on1 and AI tries to capture a CP, you die in the fight, AI will drive back to heal at own CP instead of savley capture the CP it tried to capure seconds ago.

Hi I only play singleplayer AI (after watching althend replays i'm too scared of trying bnet
).Mostly 5v5 but also 1v5 and 3v3.
One thing that really gets on my nerves in 5v5 is cheating AI.
AI sometimes having Frost-Robot after about 40-50 minutes without required tech lvl simply sux for me.
Is there any difference in difficulty setting for bots?
I win most of the time but sometimes in 5v5 my teambots feed really hard.

Frost robot is the highest tank available without extended requirements which are disabled per default.

I can confirm this, AI is really cheating. Sometimes they buy weapons from the mid shop while beeing in base. Same thing with tanks I think.

New Challenge: Try how much kills you can get in a 1 vs 5 AI game! Mine is ~6000:0 in a 9 hour game
Note: You don't have to be at your screen the whole game

If you want challenge then do it a bit more differently, let the AI bots in 1-5 destroy your base so that they get more income gold
. Still easy to win ^^

its just how much time you can waste before getting bored to death.
challenge is to do something thats at least hard
