Stats reset : A way back please ? - GodStrongArms - 2012-03-24

Hi,

It's been a few months that i didn't play league, and when i tried to join a game today i saw my "games played on this server" stats back to 0 on my two accounts (http://league.btanks.net/player.php?playerid=339 ; http://league.btanks.net/player.php?playerid=525).
I wish my stats back so i don't have to play 25x2 qualifies to go back in league. Please.

Ok.

Careless new policy from you guys, imho. Dedicated players who played hundred if not thousands games in the league deserve better treatment that an harsh short timeline based wipe from db for a few MB, and having to waste at least a dozen hours from their lives to play meaningless games in qualify to go back in league. I guess it would have been quite simple to make more selective wipe criterias by excluding decent ELOs & the few thousands account who go over 100 games played to avoid such situations. Respect for the staff yes, but respect for the players too.

Nothing personnal, I just had to say my mind, sorry.

This change is for the players.

A battle.net account expires after 3 month, therefore we can't distinguish whether an account belongs to the original player or not and it got quite common to grab other old accounts, therefore all bot db data will be deleted and league db data marked as expired.

A question for the future : Just logging in the server is enough to refresh the delay, or u need to enter game lobby / play a game on the league bot ?

You will have to play a ranked or quali game to be "refreshed".

I've thought about the situation and found one way for your. As you are still in the clan on azeroth (http://classic.battle.net/war3/ladder/w3xp-clan-profile.aspx?Gateway=Azeroth&ClanTag=kctz) and have been when you played your last game your azeroth stats could be recovered. But you should play a game as fast as possible or the stats will be wiped againWink.

Edit : Ok, I did my league game (epic failure for the other teamBig Grin), and if i have still my server stats (xxx games played), my "server" account is now desync from my league account (ELO & so on). so I have two profiles now in the league stats interface : http://league.btanks.net/player.php?playerid=339 (old) and http://league.btanks.net/player.php?playerid=7330 (new). As for the Europe account ( http://league.btanks.net/player.php?playerid=525 ), i was kicked from RAF clan while i was away, so i guess it's over for it. Any solution for the Azeroth acc ? :S

There is nothing desync. Bot and league are two differend databases. Your "old" league account has been marked as expired. It's this way because the map and the players in the league change over time. If you had for example 1600 elo half a year ago this doesn't mean you should still be at 1600 elo today.

Ok I see, i just thought the league acc would be still linked with the bot acc thanks to its reactivation. And honnestly neither the map nor the players changed so much in 4 months and a half ! We are a little community of playersSmile. Nvm, as long as i can play league again it's ok, at least on azeroth.

And damn Fenix for disbanding RAF ! xD
