how about making a change in "randoming system "?. You could do an innovation, f.e. you will have a certain small percentage chance to random a tinker, which could enable you to chose a tank tou would like to play, with The extra 10 % gold

If the tinker should be allowed to be randomized, I don't think it should get the 150 bonus gold. Maybe 75 gold but not more.
