Hi, it happened twice today. I used ulti "1hp" guy just before he tp out (with tp item). Ulti should kill him but no dmg was done. He tped with "1hp" and I had ulti cd.

So he just dodged your ultimate?
That was always possible, it is just not so easy to pull it off.

Yeah. The ultimate appears to be instant, but it isn't. There is an invisible projectile which travels to the target at which the aoe damage will be triggered. It works just like with the Heli or Light Tank stun rocket, just that it is more unlikely in this case, because the range is shorter.
