Tanks get stuck in the Architect portal - Dr.xD - 2012-11-01
Yeah, title says it all... First replay: One min before end, right lane and second replay: 37 min, right mid lane (or mid right lane).

I'm not quite sure if both cases were caused by the same reason. If that's the case, they are both fixed.
