Minor tooltip error on Orbital - TKF - 2012-12-03
The info about orbital command aoe has 2 contradicting infos. Does it aoe of 300 or 400? Does the new info apply over the old 300?

It's actually correct that way. What the tooltip is trying to tell you is the following:
Each single strike deals damage in an 400 aoe. But as you know, the strikes come down at random positions and these are chosen in an 300 aoe around the target position you chose.
