To make an unban request you need to wait 1 week after the ban have been done and have to give player link and ban request link.

well it feels like its been a week, theres not even any qualify bot for me to play! Im not sure what the ban request link is.

This happened last tuesday, then just wait till tuesday of this week.
Ban works for ranked AND qualify bots. Watch out your behaviour to not be banned anymore, or make new account as stibi just told, or just wait 2 more days
