once you place a dedector creeps will kill the port breakers which the other team placed
(think it's always been that way?)

In my opinion, that's a feature. It's the only way to destroy portbreakers, I think.

i think it isnt possible, maybe because it is a defensive item only.
the tpbreaker is static and passive until a port activates its active abilitys to do dam and stun.
