as far as i know close to all defensive skills over time and heals working during dimension shift. so is it really a bug?

Raider could 'jump' while while Dimension Shift was active. I always supposed tanks being "in another dimension" are invulnerable, unable to attack and unable to move.

If its possible for the tank to interact with skills/items/and so on, or he can be damaged or can damage someone while dimension shifted its a bug i guess.
But if theres an interaction over time like the ulti of the raider (teleport back) or for example the healer of the scout, i guess its totally ok if they still work.
If hes in "another dimension" does not mean all the previous buffs/actions cannot "bring him back" or are canceled. but thats balancing stuff imho.

I agree with gozo, this is more about balancing, than bugs, really. The HitnRun and Dimension Shift interaction works exactly as one would suspect. If you feel, that this specific interaction gives the Raider an unfair advantage you could label it as an imbalance, but it's not a bug.

Also, the passive healing and most other passive effects continue to work, that's right. But even if I wanted to, I can't do anything about that, this is just the way that Warcraft works.
