Mass Converter cd on items - gozo1985 - 2013-09-13
Attached you can see at exaclty 1 hour and also later, that Mass Converter cooldown triggering a cooldown on all items which are upgradeable, useable or switchable. You have to wait until the cooldown is gone until you can use these items again
