Frozen download at qualify bot - Flygplan - 2013-11-01
One player named mister_evil have somehow made so that he is in a permamen't download state so that the qualify bot can't start.
I got a picture but its to large to post it.

(don't get me wrong but this guy is a blessing for the ranked bots - there have not been somany ranked games like yesterday in a while ...)

Justo go to qual game and check it... Hes there for over 10 hours. And hes doing this by purpose. Would be cool if some 1 of the administrators ban this moron...

idk if esvau could do something (guess he can't ...)
velo could definatly ban him / prevent this kind of abuse
