Hello,
Today we have 2 modes of LEAGUE games: QUALIFY and RANKED.
In the past, before league existed, we played private games 5v5 with clans. Today this is no longer possible.
I would like to ask to create a so-called TEAM-RANKED game. (it will have a team ELO, rather than personal ELO)
Rules:
All players from clan X are same team (only 5 ppl allowed) (6th will be kicked)
The other team can be either "wild" players (i.e. no clan) or another clan with 5 ppl.
Requirements to plat: QUALIFY passed.

It can possibly work, a least for a few games a week, with one modification : Work with bigger pools of players than 5 only. For exemple, open sign-up for pools (sorta mini-clan) of 8-10 players to always have the possibility to have 5 guys of the same pool online simultaneously to make a 5 players team.
PRO : It may recreate a dynamic because people can then play ranked game with whoever they choose too.
CON : I'm not sure the current league can take the hit, because if 8 teams register and fight themselves, there won't be anymore enough players to populate the individual league (that's already almost the case).
The wild teams also create an issue about cross-league ELO calculation, because at some point the personnal ELO et team ELO will both have to be taken in consideration, recalculted accordingly to the team games.
But i like the idea.
