Question: Frost Robot: Arctic Aura - psycodiver - 2014-01-14
Description says: "Reduces the movement speed and attack rate of nearby enemies."
Does this mean that if the Frost Robot has level 5 Arctic Aura 35% and the opponent has for example Basic Magic upgraded with a cool down of 1 second, then that basic magic will now shoot every 1.35 seconds?
If that is true does it also effect normal enemies and towers? Does it effect the generic tank cannon?

Affects only the attack rate of creeps, not tank weapons like basic magic I think.

The attackspeed slow only affects creeps. There is no way to change the shooting speed of tank weapons dynamically, so they always stay the same.
