CP Teleport suddenly stops working - RAF_Fenix - 2014-03-17

This bug happened twice (out of ~200 games?), suddenly (after 1:20 or 1:40 hrs).
If this bug occur, nobody can do a Control Point Teleport. (CP TP), while Field Teleport still works. (speed pack item)
If someone attempts a CP teleport, the whole game lags for a second and continues playing. In addition, it is no longer possible to place a teleport breaker.
I saved last replay. (around 1:20+ hrs), if you're interested. (RANKED #40994)
