it whould be also nice if before a game start, 2 players (highest elo, or whatever) can pick/choose theire own team. This whould make better balance and you can play with your mates.

I don't think that would create more balanced games. I also think it would be very demotivating for the less good players due to negative feedback at the beginning of every single game.

+1 for allowing to choose teams.
The weaker leader (by ELO rating) should choose first.
