If you're playing from Kalimdor, ping is extra high cuz it's right on the other side of the planet. Players from asia is more likely going to suffer more lagg on BT host bots.

The delay doesn't change if you join from europe or from asia. All your client gets from the bnet server is the ip and port of the host in order to join the game.

Well the btanks bots has good latency even for players from kalimdoor, so it should have such a huge impact.
