Imbalances grounds TANKS VIA net - BENNIE.FM - 2009-12-04

When your a ground tank late game at times its unbalanced because you can stack as much ground weapons and possible and just have nets for air

But when you go air tanks late game you can't stack air only weapons because you can exactly lift a ground tank into the air

An item has to be made so this becomes fair for air tanks

there are not as many ground tanks as air tanks, so air is a bit special tank and you need a counter to it, but ground tanks are the "normal" tanks.

Helicopter is still a top tier tank at start. It's jet propulsion's fault. Free speed pack makes the copter too easy to use and with the ability to fly it has unlimited mobility. A helicopter versus any ground tank is an imbalanced match up at the top lane. The terrain is incredible biased for air tanks, especially since it is hard to determine range when they are flying over the trees. Get them down to red health and they can just flee to the cliffs on the left side.

I never skill jet propulsion with heli (sometimes 1 point at lvl 5), and i doubt it makes him him superior. Lacking the Tank Cannon or damage spells is a hard disadvantage that early. And if you go problems determining the range just use the anglez command. Its not the fault of any air tank or something if you dont set the optical view to your satisfaction.

hey all
try sky fortress with bombs and nets.
3 bombs 1 blaster kills every titan in stun duration, together with bomb drop.
if and air tank comes net and bomb him.
sky fortress is the strongest 1on1 tank in game. I dont think air needs 2 get stronger. since air tanks already evades many tank abilitis.
In the new version air will win on mobility again.

then sell your air tank and get a scout so u can net them and when they see how much it's annoying it'll make them realize just how mean they've been being with their own nets. then they'll apologize, you'll apologize, you'll both laugh and then you can all talk about how the nets made you feel and then hold hands, and sing 80's rock ballets to each other while stroking each others... omg, never mind! That's a HORRIBLE IDEA!!! :o

WHATEVER YOU'RE GOING TO DO ABOUT THE NETS, JUST DON'T DO WHAT I JUST SUGGESTED!!! Maybe instead you could just try to avoid the guys with the nets unless you're in a pretty safe condition.

Speed and mobility have to have some risks. Almost every ground tank lacks both of these features.

This is already considered when they took away HP from air tanks and reduced their ability to stun their opponents (which the Air Ship/Sky Tank lacks completely). Maybe the duration of the net (and the cost) can be reduce to about 2/5 of what it is now?

Speed is way more important than HP once armor upgrades are at 3.

Well, that's the thing. With a net, the air tanks seem to lack both speed and health. A handful of ground tanks can net and follow up with a hold/stun, which leaves the air ship unable to move for about 5 seconds. So they're being penalized twice, lacking the HP, stunning skills, and mobility to fight back.
