8.66 menu options wrong? - Icono - 2009-11-15
8.66 says that high bounty was removed, but it still exists in the custom mode options. Also, crazy mode doesn't exist and the hcl commands "cr", "cm", "5h" don't work (i tried several trying to get crazy mode to work). I think something got messed up in the final release.

No, everything is alright.
Hb is still available in 8.66, just the "5h" hcl command has been rmeoved.
Also, all the old hcl commands except that one still work, as announced, we decided to get rid of the "crazy mode".

Then why did psycho create a thread about hb removal? When it's available in the custom menu? Was it only to prevent bots hosting this?

8.66 is the last version with hb.
Also it says "will be removed"
