well... as for the "primary attribute" text, it can be deleted, but the tooltip is set by an value, without the "-", so it would still show it.
the cheat msg can be edited or remove but the other one... not sure

Nah, except the cheat thingie, they are not really fixable.
There will always be a "-" or something.
Hardcoded things :/

But you can change Hero Attributes to sth. like Tank Infos
