hi when you play light tank i always have to remember when using the healing spell that your tank stops suddenly and you must click in your desired direction again.
I think with the light tank spell of healing when clicking on spell your tank should still move in the desired direction of which you have clicked also same with the blizzard the frost robot should be able to move but the spell is still being casted

yeah I agree that some spells could be selfsubstained when cast.
For example frost robots ulti pretty much sucks imo. It's also a expensive tank and it's ulti isn't very good. In my Battle Tanks Insane mod i replaced blizzard with selfsustaining frostsphere which also slows units inside the sphere and lasts very short. It can for example deal 2k damage at lv1 + 500 pr level. Only 50% damage vs structures; slow by 50%. It would deal less damage than current blizzard, but has some slow in addition.
