Stuck Bug

I have witnessed a bug where players cannot move. The time that happened, someone dc from game and I think an AI is replaced with him. And 2 of enemies are stuck at their positions, cannot move their tanks. They did -afkai, and then -afkai again. So they could move after this. (-stuck command did not work)
Dunno what caused this. But as i remember, they were cptp'ing while the guy dc.
Anyone else seen such a bug?

i have seen that sometimes my tank stops responding to right clicks usually opening the menu and closing it works (or maybe was it alt-tab). either way, i can click other stuff but my tank stops responding right-click move commands (if i remember correctly)
