The Tinker gets a permanent mana bonus, when buying batteries (i think at least three) and then putting a skill point into Tower Modules.
When buying a tank, only the battery mana will be kept.

I reproduced it in a singleplaye game.
First buy lvl 25 and 10 batteries.
Then after putting a skill point into Tower Modules, the Tinker has more than 400 maximum mana.
It may work with other lvls or less batteries, too.

Yeah, I already noticed that bug. But atm I see absolutely no way of fixing this.
