You can teleport yourslef onto a wall near the barracks using the teleport ability of every tank and become stuck, requiring a second teleport in order to get out.
It may be worthwhile noting that at the stuck position I was also unable to access the barracks to purchase a new tank (which was why i tp'd there in the 1st place)
