when I typed "-league" at the start of the game and entered my password, the battle tanks map said it was the wrong password...I had my password resent to my email just in case I got it wrong, and typed it in again at the beginning of a game I was hosting, and it still didn't take it, is there something I'm missing?

Did you type -pw then your password? Otherwise it won't recognize it.
You may notice that some of my posts are somewhat disconnected in their ideas and don't really flow that well. That's because my mind drifts around like a jellyfish in a strong ocean current. You just lost the game.

By email? The password you have to enter is neither the one you need to log in the forum nor on the website. Once you are logged in the website and click on "league" there is also a point called "password". You have to take this password to join league games.
