Sniper Tank: Model: Unknown
Cost: 8,000
HP: Don't know
Mana: Don't know
Move Speed: 450 Natural (Reduce the hps to balance with the fact that this tank has a natural 450 move speed)

Abilities:
Sniper Cannon: 1300 range basic cannon... just like all the other tanks but cannot hit buildings.

FocusFire: The Sniper Tank cannot move during the duration of this. All of the Sniper Tank's cannons ignore every other target and focus on 1 selected target. Last X Seconds. SniperTank cannot move for 3 seconds after the spell is done...
This 1 needs a bit of explanation: let's say this spell last 1second at level 1 and +.5 second per level... This makes it 3 seconds at level 5. If he uses the spell... the SniperTank becomes rooted for 6 seconds and will focus fire that target for 3 seconds... if the target moves out of range of all the sniper tank's cannons, it simply doesn't hit anything for those 3 seconds... the next 3 seconds, it still is rooted and hits anything just like before... After 6 seconds, it can start to move again. (punched in random amounts of seconds to explain the concept...)

Laser Guided Missile: Calls a missile from a ship stationed in orbit of the planet. 2000 range, takes 3 seconds to be launched and 1 second to land on the unit.
Does X damage per level and a splash. If the target gets out of the 2000 range or the sniper tank moves, the laser pointer loses the target and the missile is not launched.

Wheel Shot (Can't call it headshot can you): Deals X damage and slows the enemy by X for Y seconds... If the tank is a flying tank, the tank is being pinned to the ground!!! Level upgrades damage and duration of the slow... *Edit due to impossibility of previous spell*

Ultimate: CamoBlast: The sniper hides, STOPPING it's weapons from firing and reducing his movement speed by 125 (-25 per level). Last 5 seconds, long recast (like a minute 60 or 75 seconds). When the invisibility stops, A shot is sent at a random unit within 1300 range of the SniperTank doing X damage + Y damage per level. *EDIT* I think CamoBlast should be HERO only actually... would suck other wise...

I want this tank to be low hp so it cannot be abused with CamoBlast... in return, I give him max movement speed as a sniper cannot fight toe-to-toe with their counterpart of similar prices.

You cannot increase weapon ranges by abilty, needs new item to be replaced in inventory thus needs 5x more weapons ingame to do that abilty. Not so likely to be done.

And you need a Model for tank that must fit battletanks concept.

I don't see where in his description is a mention about need to increase weapon range on with ability.
SC: weapons are not used here
FF: range stays the same
LGM: weapons are not used here
WS: weapons are not used here
CB: a shot is made by an ability, not by weapons. Even if total damage could be calculated from weapons integral criteria.

Regardless lack of model, I appreciate this idea.
