[8.34] level reset after tanks bought

i just played a game (custom, no tinker), where everyone's level was resettet to 1 after he bought a new tank. we thought it's the no tinker mode, but dunno at all. however, it was a quite funny game, and the infernal was nerfed a lot ) i got the replay if you want.




we also used -leaverai, cant remember (havnt noticed the bot playing, killing or dying), so i think it didnt work properly.

i forgot to mention, that the level-1-bug only occurs in no-tinker mode when you buy a tinker... its then replaced, and the XP arent updated properly

there is my first post ^^, so, about the "restart level bug",

there is ONLY DUE TO the "diseabled of the tinker"...(i'm french), donc for restart at the same level when u buy your tank You have to NOT sell your it before buy another cuz tinker is... :o ..diseable
