Hotkeys for Infernal assigned incorrectly

The Infernal's hotkeys are somehow screwed up, you can see him doing his ultimate in a random place, since he actually wanted to teleport there, thus clicking the key he thought teleport was assigned to, but it triggered the ultimate.

are you sure? i checked it in a testgame now and everything worked correctly

Maybe that had something to do with a change between 8.28 and 8.29 that is fixed again in 8.30 ? Dont know, just thinking aloud.

Well the infernals ultimate seems to be located at wrong place and swapped place with Chaos Waves. It has no mana cost either. btw how does it work? Is it 5 fans done by dummies?
