mute vote

I'd like to put forward the idea of a vote for muting players in a league/ qualify game. As with the kickvote players should be able to mute/-unmute players of either team per vote (cd one min. as for kickvote).

- no more complaining about alledgedly responsible (for the defeat) teammates, noobs, cheaters, stupid idiots etc.
- no more flaming
- no more misplaced glee
- no more trashtalk or "group discussions"
