Hi,
I bring back this topic which have been discussed a lot of times, just to get some opinions.
I played some games where I won a cp after 30 min with heavy tank so I just bought siege pack + troop command : so I had weapons + creeps to farm and 9 mortars to destroy buildings.
And some others when multiple players got siege pack so mortars spawn slower. In those games I took advantage of that this way : usually players destroy mortars with spells which is the best way to defend buildings with success. So what I did was just moving while mortars were spawning so I spawned mortars with enough space between each that they couldn't beat them all with only one spell. This way I destroyed buildings easier than if mortars would have spawn all at the same time.
So I just wondered : first why does siege pack and troop command stack? Because most of players using those items have ghost (who have a spawning spell), heavy (who have mortars too), earth maybe (with ulti to destroy buildings) etc. My point is that this item is mostly used by actually destroying tanks. So if they stack it's kind of a carnage : this way I did destroy a full town (all canon/laser/facs) in less than 5 minutes... After 30 min of game...
Do you feel that last balance is enough?
Thanks
