So I just checked my email and found out that I've been selected to participate in the SC2 beta, I just wondered if anyone else got the invite too? The dl is pretty huge for a beta 1.64 gb :o :o :o , but hopefully it'll be worth it. I'll probably be playing this for a bit let me know if you guys have any questions.

Well, I don't think there was any special reason "but", I do have a mid to upper level computer (6750ee, 4gb corsair, asus 9800gtx+, 2 one tb drives and a 250gb drive). And I also own every blizzard game from war 1, war 2, war 3, star 1, diablo 1, diablo 2 and supplied the cd key. But I guess the most important factor is just plain dumb luck : )

i received an e-mail like this, but it was obviously a pishing scam, as the blue linked address did not match the official site.
