Propably it is not a bug, but look at this:

First of all it's 8.72c not b.
And it's not a bug. The internal afk counter doesn't count every second without action. It start's after 1min with no action. That's why its @4 min after 5 min afk. If we would start counting in the first second and you only do one action every 2 seconds half of your gametime would be "afk".
