thirdly, you need to include game link + player link + attachment (replay of the game ) like this for example:

1) since 0:25 doing egoistic things left top lane without reason after 1min it was lost by him , later insults donkey and few more trashtalks
2) provoking lightblue ( your mom , dad etc.)

OR like this to be more simple for some people:

Game: game link
Player ( player name): player link
Reason: lose in purpose, buy bomb to kill his team factory at 36 Minute of the game, flame and insult his team the whole game, blabla and whatever the reason you think this person deserves ban for.

after you post a ban request correctly, one of the lovely Admins will take a look and watch the replay and decide whether he deserves ban or not.
