Changes in existing ranking-system

I think that the penalty for leaving a game is too high. When you DC from a game you are sure to drop a 10 levels minimum. That is too much. If you say DC from say less than 5-10 % of the games I think it should made so that it makes no change to your stats. Also after that I think the minus should be reduced. I dropped 4 games because I was unlucky with my new internet, as a result I was not able to join ranked and dropped I think about 200 levels. That's just a joke to me. See account Cam3lot.

I also think that the minus from loosing a game is a bit too high, it should be closer to 50 % of what you gain if you win. I was about to suggest that you remove the minus completely, but I guess that's a bit too extreme.

I don't completely understand the penalty system, but it is way too strict.

Please reduce penalty from network drops.

Although reducing minus points from losing game would be difficult, due to ELO formula, which looks too complex to change.
