It seems that whenever I use the CP teleport ability, it does not stun me for the full duration and i can move around. I like to get speedfreak every game so i tend to spam alot, and I have sometimes messed up my teleports by getting out of the cp's range.

Not bug, i can confirm that it happens very very often when you click a lot, like in intense situations. You dont get 'locked' into a tp as soon as you cast it, i dont know what the delay is but its very small, so if you click rapidly you might end up cancelling right after casting.

I think the easy solution is not to spam a lot, and if you are wanting to CP, maybe not move during that time? If there is an argument to change it so CP does stun a tank, ok, but I think that seems out there.

Well, but its true. Even in 8.59 I sometimes move when trying to give a move Order to choose the direction for the time instantly after i CP teleport

Maybe it occurs only, if you are in the outer range of the CP. There was a lowering of the CP Range for teleport in one of the latest versions AFAIK. Maybe the range for CP stun or so and for teleport ability does not fit or so - like stun Area is shorter than teleport area ? - I Dont know

i think it's the delay between you and the host. It probably won't happen if you host or play on lan. but the greater your delay the more chance of it happening if i'm not mistaken.
Why's the rothchild family crest and the illuminati symbol on my 1 dollar bill? Why do rich and powerful American "christian" leaders have gay sex and worship a giant 40 foot stone owl at Beach Grove every year? Why doesn't anyone care?

I'm pretty sure that it always happens after the tp animation appears in the receiving cp, which means that it can't be delay.
EDIT:
I went ahead and tested it. Basically, near the end of the cp teleport there is a small period of time where you can move. If you are near the outside boundaries of the tp zone, there is a chance you will move out of the sensitivity range. Enclosed is a replay showing the bug.
