Some Additional Itemslots in Artillery Factory ?

Heyho. If you click on the new "HQ" (the weapon factory) you can just by troops there. I heard some time ago there could be to less space to add weapons or other stuff.
My question is; cant we use the weapon factory for other stuff than troops?
