Hi, can the map be changed so that light and dark force slots are open, leaving room for a team of observers? I also ask this because sometimes I am in the position to host but not play so this would allow me to do just that without impacting on the game. I realize that hosting bots are an alternative however these are banned on the private server my mates play on.

You need to know, these slots are used for the computer. And wc3 doesn't support more than 12 players. But there is a way with neutral enemy and neutral, but these slots have an own AI. Whitch do very stupid things, so I don't think Exodus will change it.

You could do 4v4 and leave while they kick the other team bot.
With a bot you can switch yourself to replace the force computer but you can still play then, targeting enemy tanks with troops and saving up troops for attacks etc.. But if you dont, then you can just watch.. without any zoom.
Should probably add an observer mode, which can tie in with another suggestion i made somewhere along with someone else. Observer mode for people to watch and to disable repeat noobs. It could be contorlled by the host entirely with commands such as -obs 8. When someone tries to obs themselves, message will appear for host saying "Type -obs 5 to allow player [ ] to become an observer".
Problem with that is, bad hosts..
Anyway obs would be a good feature.

Why not like th kick? So you need enough votes for you. That can stop bad hosts...
