BUG penalty

Hi.
I joined a game today:

When there were 10 guys in game i went to wc.
When i came back i was back in clan channel (so it must have ping kicked me).
But when i checked current games on www i saw myself ingame:O

It's impossible i got dc - i was on bnet all the time. also if i left during the game there would be at least 1s in "time" of the game i was in. Also if i dc during loading screen i would have see the score screen, but i didn't. it turn be back to clan channel so it was obviously ping kick.
I asked friends - cobra and wupti told me they also had it and it's server lag or sth that game starts even tho someones is kicked during count down.

Can u please check it in server logs and remove my presence from this game? (stats)

but how it is possible? if i dc i'd be on score screen and lose connection to bnet. when i came back from toilet i was i clan channel. it means i must have been kicked b4 loading screen.
any ideas?

30 seconds timeout -> You have lost the connection 10 seconds before the lobby countdown finished / 5 seconds before the countdown started.

this is an option, but still - i didn't lost connection with battlnet. i was on clan channel and when i enter games screen i saw current games and i was able to join another game.
And if it's not my fault - i mean i wasn't in game - please remove the stats from this game.
why would i be punished for a game i wasn't in?
