maybe this one? but as far as no more information about it is given, you shouldn't expect anything new.

Standard WC3 battle.net latency setting is 250ms - that means the serving client (aka host or in our cases bot) is sending every 250ms a new game status. In game you will recognized this by a slow reaction of your own actions. Your client has to send your action (e.g. shoting a rocket) to the server which will recieve it and give an answer to all other clients which will refresh their game status then someones action will be executed.
Optimum would be to wait just a single windows of the hosts latency setting, but someones ping will be added to the time some actions will be executed because all information need some time (ping) to be send throu the network (internet) and back.

Listchecker for example changes this default value to 100ms, ghosts default setting is 150ms (if i remember it right) but our ghosts (read: league bots) do have a dynamic system to adjust this latency setting for the best possible value to serve all clients.
Our bots do adjust this value between 50ms (at first with low ping clients) and 125ms (at last with high ping clients). It will be increased by 10ms till 125ms or noones gamestate do fall behind.

If someones ping to our bots is worse, there is nothing we can do about it. You could contact your ISP and ask them to increase their routing performance to france where our server with our bots is placed.

This is a somewhat simplified explanationTongue
