Hi, I was just wondering that if it would be of any interest to
the players of this game that such an upgrade was available
like the battery upgrade, would it suit the game?
Losing slots to hulls is what makes certain tanks completely
unusable later on in the game. Also it sets an unreasonable
cap on the amount of damage one can do.
Does anyone think this idea as a lone addition to be "ok"?
(assuming NOTHING ELSE is changed).

Hmm, tanks should change over the game. That's a massive part of the gameplay.

I thought this was a good idea for a change too.
Tanks can get batteries and change, and they
prolly should be able to buy HP in the same way
witout affecting their weapon slots.

Wouldnt it be the same logic if i said lets implement weapons as tomes to not affect the hull slots?
Caring for your 6-Slot inventory is an important part of the game, and batteries are a rare exception.

I don't know where exactly this could go but obviously repair kits wouldn't
fit into this idea, so there will still be a need for that kind of an item
that you can buy. I'm not suggesting removing anything from the game.
I'm just saying that maybe someone wants some more late-game power
and would otherwise be trapped into having to carry a hull in their inventory
rather than some real firepower. So maybe for a higher "price" to upgrade
your tank's HP, you could use this 'tome' method in order to save item slots.
BTW anyone can argue against a change to the game by saying managing
item slots is a "part of the game" but if you remember the first versions
of this game there were at least 6 items that dealt with "mana" specifically
and it is worth noting that they are no longer a part of the game.
I mean sure you can say managing slots is important but when you're
item choices are 30+ weapons vs 3 hulls / 3 repair kits you are not really
talking about a game with many choices. You essentially have 5 slots at
best to go toward attack weapons because speed/TP will consume one.
And if you have a cheap tank, you really have 4 slots because 1 of those
slots will be consumed by a hull/repiar-kit. But if you can buy tomes
which can let you gradually upgrade your HP, then you can stay on the
same level as that guy that rushes a big tank.
Well I don't know what to say after this much other than, will anyone read this?
And I know I'm about the most hated person here so if the next comment is
negative, just close this shit and I'm done.

It would be a nice rule for this forum to have people say "I agree" or "I disagree" in line 1.
Because all I'm seeing is a re-iteration of some bullshit about slots when clearly the game has made
advances to limit these "hinderances" that include Manaitems -> batteries; TPscrolls -> TP ability.
The last but not least has to do with about 6-7 items that are about having HP on a tank.
I'm just saying have 10 tome upgrades to hull like you have batteries. No need to throw hulls away here.
You STILL have to manage slots, nothing changes.
This doesn't seem to be a suggestions forum, it seems to be a running joke. People just write to trash perfectly fine ideas like this.

Hey, you ask for our opinions on your suggestions and we give them. It's not our fault that we don't like your idea(s)

The sad part is that there are no good reasons to not accept it.
