Reason for being banned: Purposely remoting fusing mines under own team's towers and main castle to destory them / selling tank and weapons late game and becoming tinker / being racist and flaming
Unjust actions promote consquences, it's that simple. My actions were unjust; thus, I will be punished. However, a permanent ban from btanks league is both unreasonable and illogical. I wish to personally apologize to anyone in that game who suffered or was offended by my actions, Agginator in paticular who has upheld his responsibility as a member of the community in reporting and punishing me. There is no excuse for what I've done I simply wish to apologize and perhaps reduce the consquences.
I can compare the current permanent ban system to this analogy. Imagine if you were a criminal convicted for stealing, you faced life in prison (a punishment that does not fit the crime) for this act. However, You are given an oppurtunity to simply escape to another country and happily live your life there. You will have to discard your previous identity (which was smeared by the crime anyway) and live under a new name, your crime simply forgotten. Logic would presume you would take the chance to escape to another country correct? Well that is the situation offered by the current ban system. Becuase there is no other solution to being banned and going back to league other than simply to change your name and play 10 more games on the qualify bot, a "10 game detention" of sorts. Then of course nobody is going to accept the ban punishment. I would suggest to allow convicted offenders to go on a period of "probation" if they request it and not break any rules during that time. If they make any offenses during the probation period then banning them is justified. However as long as punishment is worse than the "10 game detention" nobody is really going to pay for their crimes.
