when i played btanks today i noticed that you can skill an ability to lvl 2 with the tank level 3 (usually 4 i guess)
so now you only need to skill 2 abilitys untill you can level the 1st up (instead of 3)

i'm not shure whether it's with every tank ...

în german its called "stufensprung veraussetzung" and you need to set it to 3 so you can skill it the second time with level 4
