8.77c Goblin Schredder aura skill (E) still bugged or wrong discription

i now used 2 times Goblin Schredder in league games in ver. 8.77c and the aura skill, which should give 5% for tanks and 1% for creeps speed and magic resistance, gave me only 15 + speed (resistance i dont see) the most time sometimes when more tanks near it jumps to lvl 2 or 3 and i got some more speed (340/356). but at lvl 1 it should give up to 10%, so it should give up to 31 speed (because 310 normal speed, 10% are 31). maybe it have to calculate /2 for speed and magic resistance but so it should written in discription, on the other hand it give bonus for every creep and tank so it should raise for every creep and tank, not these big jumps from 325 to 340 and so on

i tried now in single player, while i was writing it here and if i up it to lvl 1 (none other skills) and move in a group of creeps or tanks, at the icon (bottom statusbar of the tank) its on lvl 2 and speed raised up to 340

i added 2 replays to see what i mean 1 from league game and 1 single player game

Weird calculation, the tooltip is lacking some important information:

Is the height influenced by
- all tanks, enemy, allied only?
- all creeps, enemy, allied only?

And within which range?

The thing is, an ability with 50 levels would be way too much, so I made one with 10 levels instead. So the bonusses only increase in 5%-steps. I agree, that the tooltip should be clarified in a way.

Oh, and it's every tank and creep in range that counts.
