Re-design shredder (again)

The shredder is still intensely underused and most of the players I talked to have actually considered the 8.73 change more of a nerf than a buff for him. I say lets redesign the shredder to be a tank to counter the most overused, hated, and uncounterable midgame helicopters and airships. I know i've suggested a mid-game anti-air tank before but why don't we just redesign the shredder to be more of a counter-air-tank and kill two birds with one stone. Since it's cost is 3000 anyway nobody is going to buy it outright, or as a starting midgame tank since many of the other ones (including airship) offer much better nukes and farm, so why not make it an anti-air tank that people can buy for a small price AFTER they see the enemy line-up?

no need for map maker this is a more easier solution to his so call problem , + the 2nd skill range
or if you really want to redesign

1st same
2nd same
3rd change it to same passive + a active skill called out of range pull , effect when active range 900 to 3000 with 3 sec count down to use it (this is to prevent it from being overused ), all units will be pull to range 800 units that are nearer to shredder will be pull faster(it will slow the air if it is lv 1 because the pulling strenght of this skill is not good enough )
lv1 60 ,50,40,25 for the skill that is working after it is used
lv 1 ,20 , 30 , 40,60 for mana also higher lv = faster pull this will make air happy , run and use this skill get pull in
lv1 ,120,90,60,30 for cd i know it is a skill cooldown that is too long but its range is 3000

1st problem at lv 4 , you cant keep using it because you will run out of mana quick ,in sense that is to punish ppl who overuse it

another problem is this tank hp is so low , that 3rd active may not help shredder because when you use it , you are actually kill your self because you are pull all the creeps and air and tanks to you , it will be better if you build a teleport beason then ally teleport on it , then use it
so that your ally can take some dmg and help you kill the mobs or you will die ,lv 1 will not kill you due to the weak str of the pull.

if you mapper use my suggestion , it will be good
even through you are out of mp often if you try to over use it when out of range pull is lv 3 or more
it will not give a over power advantages against air but with a good team play if it is use right
(come in ,use 3rd skill then run , pull the air near you , go closer , use 2nd skill, then 1st , then run )
anyway you cant do that so often , most of the time ,you are just feeding the air , this skill just make it that you can kill the unkillable(cant be kill) air

Currently, the shredder have to be low/mid range and you have to skill 1,2 and ulti to be effective (that is the only real optimal way)... I already talked about my opinion in the beta forumConfused
I am so good that I don't even need to type -rc because I never die !

Personal Reason: I stopped using it mainly cuz the glaive skill sucks hard and has to low cooldown to use it frequently enough. Being able to slightly peck on each creep wave is pathetic. And I'm also a bit old fashioned with it too....

yea , really ... the 1`st skill dmg is really low , make it cd x5 longer and 5x dmg , it become a last hitter ...
ok i have a idea , make it x3 more dmg for all lvs and 3 x longer for cd fair .. ,change that 3rd into 1 active and 1 passive , as i post it at the first post , it is too long for cd but it is useful in the mid game ,that you can ambush the creeps and pull a lot of creeps near you = new style of playing , the use of count down is to let ppl know that skill is being used please teleport out of range anyway shredder hp is so low so it will not be a deal to kill him before the 3skill activated

if mappers really want him to be buff ,consider my suggestion .
