I guess you dont need to be admin for this job. But keep in mind, you need much time and effort to organize it!

Posts, PMs, Rules, Statistics, Replays, Prices (to get more attention), Polls, Tables,...

Would be fine if you start a poll to get an overview how many players are active in the next weeks/month and interested in BTT. A former date range for the Tournament is also not a bad idea to start with

Looking forward if you are serious Sleepy

Edit: Also thought about a try to organize it... but I wont do without griffin1987s assistance - right now it seems hes not interested in.
Additional... ask yourself if you are neutral, calm and appreciated enough to do such a job.
