This sounds like a very good idea, and it is really annoying how the host can change this setting at any time in the game. I don't think we would need to bother adding it to the custom game menu, but I agree with disabling the command after 2 minutes.
You may notice that some of my posts are somewhat disconnected in their ideas and don't really flow that well. That's because my mind drifts around like a jellyfish in a strong ocean current. You just lost the game.
