You can buy just about any other item in the enemy's base, so I don't see why this should be any different, other than the fact that it's totally unrealistic and makes very little sense, but most of the game is unrealistic so I don't think that matters that much.
You may notice that some of my posts are somewhat disconnected in their ideas and don't really flow that well. That's because my mind drifts around like a jellyfish in a strong ocean current. You just lost the game.
