-buy system for center weapons shop

i rather like th idea. allows for late game players to not fall behind due to the lack of ability to get the more powerful centre wepons. although if everyone would check out my New ideas for wepons topic or even there own ideas a new shop in base would also be like with some (like middle) super powerful wepons not as good as frost laser but somewhere around 15-20k wepons doing 1500 odd dps
