If you cannot reach the center shop once after trying for 5mins the game is over anyway.
The other option, stalling for 5mins while you uber item arrives would also seem an exercise in fuility.
It seems like there would be very little point in getting this command, and even if it were implemented it would be suicide for anyone to actually use it.
There are currently two ways to get to the shop that is guarded besides the obvious suicide run/ team push.
1: teleport in (partially countered by tp breakers), but even then you may be able to teleport reasonably close and walk the last bit
2: Smoke machine your way in, this one is countered by radar detection items
As long as you have teammates, you should be able to get in via distractions against other cp's or team tactics - if you are by yourself the game is already over - as soon as you leave you base they just come in and level it.
