OK, bobbob got most of the ones I could think of so I'll just give the one that comes to mind right now. If your enemy rushes to buy a weapon such as the axe thrower or flak cannon early on because they think "it'll dominate you and there's nothing you can do about it" (actual quote, he almost cried when our entire team went for sky tanks after he bought an axe thrower
), switch to a type of tank that cannot be targeted by that weapon. Because they spent all that gold on one weapon, if they can't hit you with it (in your new, probably more powerful tank) they don't stand a chance. Of course, the hidden tip in this is to not buy the weapons that only attack ground or air unless you know your enemy just spent most of their money on something else and has none left. So there, now anyone who reads this can counter the other people who read it. I'm very effective at making my net usefulness zero, aren't I?
