emp backpack silance and disarm the wapons

of all tanks

in 700 rang for 5 seconds every 25 seconds
it cost 17000 gold and it's permenent
it efect cp teleport and blink too
efects towers too they stop fiering for 5 sec like silance

that would be really dumb. It would disable all of your own and allied weapons weapons and abilities too. Who wants to carry a pack that prevents yourself from attacking or using any abilities or items every 5/25 secs?

Could be great fun for griefing - but that is the only use I could see for it.
